Over the past two decades, I have personally witnessed numerous international trade disputes.
When quality issues arise after shipment, responsibility often becomes blurred—lost within contractual fine print and complex supply chains—leaving buyers as the sole party bearing the consequences.
This is not an occasional failure, but a structural issue deeply rooted in the industry.

My vision is to build a company that takes responsibility for buyer risk as a core principle.
We aim to move international trade beyond simply delivering goods and to ensure that when problems occur, there is a responsible party who steps forward to address the issue, resolve it effectively, and safeguard trust.
