Neolymp, a German sports brand, is known for its highly cost-effective products and excellent user experience. Their initial challenge was finding an experienced yoga mat manufacturer in China that could perfectly meet their requirements, while allowing them to communicate directly with the factory.

After understanding their needs, we conducted a thorough analysis of their competitors and reference brands, and shortlisted over a dozen top yoga mat manufacturers. These factories not only produce for competitors but also serve as OEM partners for some of the world’s leading global brands.

Once production began, however, the factory’s follow-up quality control became inconsistent, resulting in a rise in product defects. To ensure consistent quality standards and maintain a high level of user experience, Neolymp requested our During Production Inspection (DPI) service. Through several days of closely monitoring production and quality control, we successfully ensured that the final delivered products met the highest standards.

Additionally, to address packaging and logistics challenges, we coordinated with a professional custom gift packaging manufacturer in Guangdong, China. The packaging was both durable and visually appealing. Once the boxes were ready, they were delivered to the yoga mat factory for final packing. After the quality inspection, we arranged DDP shipping, significantly streamlining the logistics process. Within less than two weeks, the goods were air-freighted directly to Neolymp’s designated warehouse.
